Arrived in Edmonton late Friday afternoon with no power to the coach after plugging in at our campground. I called three mobile RV places, and Phillip Jordan from RV Mobile was the only one who called back. He talked through several options with me over the phone, and asked if he could call me back after researching our coach. He called back within ten minutes and said our problem sounded like a failed transfer switch. It was Labor Day weekend, and we had to leave for Calgary on Saturday morning. Phillip said he would make some calls first thing In morning to see if he could find a place in Calgary that might have the part and be able to help us. He sent a text Saturday morning asking when we would get to Calgary, then called back with the name and number of a place he would recommend, after talking with their service manager. They got us in first thing Tuesday morning (after the September long weekend), and we are good to go. Phillip sent a text on Tuesday to follow up and see if we had been taken care of. He went out of his way to help us, even when he knew he would not be doing the work due to our schedule. Amazing service and follow up…the best we have experienced in over eight years of RV travel.

If you are looking for great service that goes above and beyond your expectations then you should be contacting Phil at RV Mobile. When I originally contacted Phil with a question he answered it promptly and then followed up later on to make sure I was taken care of. In this day and age it’s hard to find a business owner that truly cares if they helped you out or not so I was very impressed when Phil made sure I was taken care of and that I had the materials I needed to be able to make a decision on what to do with a prospective motor home purchase.
All I can say is that I will be keeping Phil’s contact information for future help on my motorhome.

I called RV Mobile for a roof skylight and the supporting parts/ sealant for it (Dealer could not find the right part). Their service and knowledge of RVs and parts are FAR superior than any local dealers in the area. We got our parts quickly and at a fantastic price. We have a boler and before we took it to RV mobile it was in rough shape they added a new frame with storage space added at the front, replaced the axel, fixed our fridge so it would work on propane and power, and a bunch of other work. The staff were friendly and helpful I can’t recommend RV mobile enough!

RV Mobile got me out of a real bind. After another RV service centre held onto my RV for two weeks, busted my table (they didn’t tell me about this), then called to tell me they are refusing to do the install of my hot water heater – even after they promised to do it, RV Mobile stepped in and installed the hot water heater and completed it two days before the promised date to boot! I was able to use hot water for our week long trip to Golden and Canmore. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. You just don’t find businesses like this anymore. Old school hand shake service and commitment – very refreshing! In return, unfaltering loyalty. If MD Mobile is willing and able to do the work, they get the job, no questions asked. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
